Our website lists hostels and PG accommodations across Kozhikode, allowing students to search and filter options based on location, rental budget, gender preference, facilities, and other essential criteria. Student Payment Benefits Through Our Platform
To ensure transparency and verified booking confirmation, our platform provides an official payment channel for the first rental transaction. When students complete their initial rental payment through our authorized platform system, they receive exclusive platform linked benefits.
Students who use the official payment route are eligible for a bonus incentive equivalent to 10% of the rental amount, credited as part of our student benefit initiative. This incentive is designed to reward students for choosing a structured and trackable payment method through our platform.
In addition to the bonus benefit, payments made through our official system provide confirmation acknowledgment within our platform records, creating a clear and documented transaction reference. This enhances transparency during the onboarding stage between the student and the property owner.
How Our Platform Works
Property owners register and list their accommodations on our platform with complete details regarding pricing, facilities, and availability. Students browse, compare, and directly communicate with property owners to clarify suitability and availability.
Once a student decides to confirm accommodation, the first rental payment can be completed through our official platform payment system. After this initial confirmation stage, all subsequent rental arrangements, ongoing payments, and tenancy-related matters are handled directly between the student and the property owner.
Our platform does not interfere in long term rental management or operational decisions beyond the initial confirmation process.
